Mark Lunney is Clairvynt's COO. Before that, he spent 21 years as COO of PD&MS Group, an Aberdeen engineering contractor. He helped found it in 2002 and helped grow it from 4 people to more than 700. Over those 21 years, dozens of tenders crossed his desk.
Mark describes the same routine on every bid. The team knew what a strong response needed. A large share of the effort went on pulling the material together: the past submissions most related to the question, relevant procedures, relevant evidence, and current stats. All of it already sat in the company's files. Finding it and assembling it was the slow part.

How the Tender Response Assistant works
The Tender Response Assistant, now called ClairBid, uses your bid library: past responses, procedures, project descriptions, compliance statements and supporting records. Add your pre-qualification or tender questions. ClairBid retrieves relevant passages and drafts answers with supporting citations.
Source citations let a reviewer inspect the supporting documents and passages. Reviewers still need to check each answer and identify missing or unsupported material.
The bid manager chooses which projects and details to use, checks each answer and approves the response for submission.
